4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use.

Web Publications, its affiliates, and sponsors are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web Publications, its officers, employees, agents, directors, shareholders, and other Users from claims, damages, expenses (including attorney’s fees), and liabilities from any use of your account, authorized or not.

6. Account use

Access is not transferable. Accounts are for non-commercial home use only. Keep your password confidential. Sharing login credentials may result in immediate termination without reimbursement. One login session per account at a time. Violations may be treated as theft of service.

7. Intellectual property

All Materials are proprietary intellectual property of the Company. You may access Materials only as authorized by your membership — one device at a time; single personal copy if downloads are offered.

Prohibited: sharing Materials with others; reverse engineering; unauthorized copies or derivative works; renting or transferring rights; removing proprietary notices; any use not expressly permitted.

8. Unauthorized access

You will not access Materials in unauthorized ways or locations. Unauthorized access, viewing, downloading, duplication, or use constitutes intentional infringement and violation of trademark, privacy, and other rights.

9. Network rules & automated access

You will abide by policies of networks accessed via this account. Access is limited to a standard web browser. Spiders, crawlers, offline downloaders, or software that automatically downloads the site or portions thereof is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without reimbursement.

10. Payment terms

By joining, your payment method will be billed per your chosen plan. Recurring plans bill until you cancel with your billing provider.

If you cancel or membership is canceled, access continues until the end of the current paid period. No pro-rated or partial refunds for mid-period cancellation. If you cancel shortly after signup, you may still be charged for the full period per billing rules.

Web Publications may terminate service for unpaid or partially paid subscriptions and may cancel service without prior notice; unused fees may be returned pro-rata at our discretion.

Notify us promptly of lost/stolen payment cards, expiration changes, address changes, security breaches, and billing changes affecting payments.

Fraudulent reporting of lost cards or unauthorized charges while obligations remain outstanding may result in liquidated damages in addition to other liabilities.

11. External links

We are not responsible for content on other sites linked from the Site. Access is at your own risk.

12. Secure areas

Access to password-protected areas is restricted to authorized users. Unauthorized access attempts may be prosecuted.

13. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to be enforceable.

14. Acceptance

By using a keeneye.be account, you accept all terms in this agreement.
